Under the Bylaws, the Founding Members constitute the group of Honorary Members — a body of institutional reference that enriches and strengthens the association through its experience, knowledge and outstanding work.Nos termos do Estatuto, os Associados-Fundadores constituem o quadro de Membros Honorários — um grupo de referência institucional que enriquece e fortalece a associação por meio de sua experiência, conhecimento e atuação destacada.

§ 2§ 2º

Members who took part in the founding of the entity shall hold the category of Founding Members.Os associados que participaram da fundação da entidade terão a categoria de Associados-Fundadores.

The Founding Members shall form the group of Honorary Members, in recognition of their relevant contribution to the creation and development of the entity, constituting a group of institutional reference that enriches and strengthens the Foundation through their experience, knowledge and outstanding work.Os Associados-Fundadores integrarão o quadro de Membros Honorários, em reconhecimento à sua relevante contribuição para a criação e desenvolvimento da entidade, constituindo um grupo de referência institucional que enriquece e fortalece a Fundação por meio de sua experiência, conhecimento e atuação destacada.

Titular Membership is the general category of ACEPO members admitted under Articles 3 and 4 of the Bylaws. Its designation was established by the Board of Directors in the exercise of the authority conferred by Article 31 (Chapter X — General Provisions) of the Bylaws, which provides that omissions shall be resolved by the Board and ratified by the General Assembly. Titular Members are the members in good standing with the Association, holding under Article 7 the right to attend the Association's premises and take part in its meetings, events and activities, to vote and stand for election, and to formally represent to the Board of Directors.O Associado Titular é a categoria geral de associados da ACEPO, admitidos nos termos dos Artigos 3º e 4º do Estatuto. Sua denominação foi estabelecida pela Diretoria no exercício da competência conferida pelo Artigo 31 (Capítulo X — Das Disposições Gerais) do Estatuto, que dispõe que os casos omissos serão resolvidos pela Diretoria e referendados pela Assembleia Geral. Os Associados Titulares são os associados quites com a Associação, aos quais assiste, nos termos do Artigo 7º, o direito de frequentar a sede da Associação e participar de suas reuniões, eventos e promoções, votar e ser votado, e representar, por escrito, à Diretoria.
